The staff members were friendly and helpful . I appreciated the quick and easy check-in process. It was efficient. The food was good, with fresh options available, and the room was clean upon arrival. I also enjoyed the private beach access the hotel provided.
The air conditioning in the dining areas could use some improvement, though it was working fine in the room.

private beach rainfall shower
the resort offered direct access to a private beach with clear water... the perfect spot for swimming. i enjoyed the convenience of having a beach bar right there with complimentary drinks and snacks, jerk chicken especially was divine. the room featured a king-sized bed and a rainfall shower. i found it spacious and well-kept.

the air conditioning worked good . it provided a comfortable, cool environment.
i was very disappointed in the food options. there was a lack of kid-friendly choices which was bad. also, frozen drinks were not available and i wanted a bob marley.
